Correspondence, diaries, and speeches of William Walker, a clergyman who was a missionary in West Africa, 1842-1883, and a Congregational minister in Milton, Wis., 1883-1896. His papers include descriptions of ocean travel, of missionary work, and of conditions in Africa, particularly among the Mpongwe language group of peoples, and historical accounts of French Equatorial Africa.
